• Special Issuances Explained Webinars: Launched a free monthly webinar series featuring live Q&A with Aviation Medical Examiners (AMEs) to guide non-airline aviators through medical certification.

• Fellow Travelers Peer Support: Continuing weekly confidential Zoom meetings (Wednesdays at 19:00 EST / 16:00 PST) for pilots, flight crew, and air traffic controllers.

Research & Advocacy

• Trend Study Approval: Established an independent Institutional Review Board (IRB) with HHS and achieved peer review approval for an upcoming anonymous aviator health survey.

• Legislative Progress: Tracking the Mental Health in Aviation Act (passed the U.S. House, moving through the Senate) and the Aviation Medication Transparency Act.

Outreach & Events

• Industry Presence: Engaged hundreds of professionals at the Women in Aviation International Conference in Grapevine, Texas.

• Upcoming Expos: Exhibiting at the AsMA/UHMS Annual Scientific Meeting in Denver, CO (May 17–21, 2026) and returning to the Professional Asian Pilots Association (PAPA) Expo in Las Vegas.
